Morillo: gobernador de Áncash es dado de alta tras vencer al COVID-19
Juan Carlos Morillo dejó el hospital Rebagliati (Lima) tras permanecer internado 24 días. Durante su ausencia, el Consejo Regional le negó la licencia por salud y con ello han impedido que el vicegobernador Borja lo reemplace en sus funciones
El gobernador regional de Áncash, Juan Carlos Morillo Ulloa, fue dado de alta, la tarde del último jueves 10 de setiembre, tras permanecer 24 días internado en el hospital Rebagliati (Lima), a causa del nuevo cororonavirus (COVID-19) que trajo como consecuencia una infección respiratoria y neumonía.
Mediante un comunicado oficial, el Gobierno Regional de Áncash señaló que la autoridad ancashina recibió el alta médica este jueves a las 3:15 p. m. así como las primeras declaraciones de la autoridad regional tras vencer a esta enfermedad.
“Hoy, jueves 10 de setiembre, recibí el alta clínica y dejo el hospital elevando una plegaria por nuestros hermanos que también están batallando contra el terrible COVID-19 que nos azota día a día, y por quienes reafirmo mi compromiso de dedicar cada minuto de mi vida a trabajar para que no tengan que pasar por lo que yo he vivido”, manifestó el gobernador.
Morillo consideró que su recuperación ha sido “un milagro” y agradeció a Dios por haberlo ayudado a soportar “esta dura batalla”.
“Ha sido un milagro, he regresado prácticamente de la otra vida. Luego de estar 12 días intubado y conectado a un respirador artificial, solo me queda agradecer a Dios porque él me ayudó a soportar esta dura batalla. ¡Gracias a todos por sus oraciones, gracias de todo corazón!”, expresó Morillo Ulloa.
