Áncash: 30 distritos son declarados en emergencia por bajas temperaturas
El Poder Ejecutivo declaró en estado de emergencia por 60 días a 30 distritos de nuestra región Áncash por peligro inminente debido a las bajas temperaturas. Por lo que, los Gobiernos regionales y municipios deben tomar acciones para mitigar el impacto.
El Decreto Supremo 083-2023-PCM señala que los gobiernos regionales y municipios, deben ejecutar medidas y acciones de excepción para la reducción del “muy alto riesgo” existente, así como de respuesta y rehabilitación que correspondan.
Asimismo, la norma también precisa que los gobiernos regionales no tienen la capacidad de respuesta para atender el peligro inminente ante bajas temperaturas; por lo que, resulta necesaria la intervención técnica y operativa de las entidades del Gobierno Nacional.
Cabe señalar también, que los distritos declarados en emergencia son Chaccho, Acochaca, Huallanca, Carhuaz, Marcará, Cusca, Huaraz, Independencia, Cajay, Huántar, Chavín de Huántar, Huari, Masín, San Marcos, San Pedro de Chana, Uco, Caraz, Santa Cruz, Yuracmarca, Casca, Eleazar Guzmán Barrón, Musga, Piscobamba, Pomabamba, Conchucos, Cátac, Ticapampa, Quiches, Sihuas y Yungay.
