Huaraz: reprograman juicio contra ex gobernador Borja
Tras ser dejado en libertad, el exgobernador Henry Borja Cruzado deberá presentarse ante el juzgado penal unipersonal el próximo 22 de diciembre para continuar con el juicio que pesa en su contra por el delito de designación ilegal de cargo.
Para el próximo 22 de diciembre reprogramaron el juicio oral contra el exgobernador regional de Áncash, Henry Borja Cruzado y su ex sub gerente de gestión ambiental Julio Canchis Manrique, por el proceso que se le sigue en el Primer Juzgado Penal Unipersonal de la Corte Superior de Justicia de Ancash.
En tal sentido, el Juez a cargo del proceso ordenó la inmediata libertad de ambos implicados, que ayer en horas de la tarde fueron liberados, luego de compadecer ante la autoridad judicial.
Tanto Borja como Canchis son acusados por el presunto delito de nombramiento o aceptación ilegal de cargo público, y el pasado 01 de diciembre fueron declarados como reo contumaz por no presentarse al juicio oral.
Ambas ex autoridades luego de permanecer por más de cinco horas en la carceleta de la Corte Superior de Justicia de Ancash fueron dejados en libertad.
