Defensa Civil: atendieron a damnificados por lluvias y ventarrones en Yungay y Pira
“Estamos apoyando con ayuda humanitaria. A veces no hay suficientes medios en los distritos por lo que hemos asistido en varias jurisdicciones de nuestra región”, gerente regional de Defensa Civil de Áncash.
El gerente regional de Defensa Civil de Áncash, declaró que durante el año pasado apoyaron con ayuda humanitaria a los distritos que sufrieron desastres naturales. Y aseguró que vienen haciendo lo mismo este año.
En esa línea, informó que en la provincia de Yungay se presentaron lluvias intensas con granizadas que afectaron los sembríos de 100 familias. Por ello, como Defensa Civil brindaron ayuda humanitaria con 300 kits de alimentos no perecibles. Esta asistencia fue solicitada por la Oficina de Gestión de Riesgos de la Municipalidad de Yungay.
Asimismo, socorrieron a los damnificados del distrito de Pira (Huaraz), donde las lluvias intensas y ventarrones destruyeron los techos de las viviendas, declaró el ingeniero Yener Florentino .
Puntos críticos
Según el gerente regional de Defensa Civil, en Huaraz el principal punto crítico es el río seco. Por lo que recomendó hacer una reforestación en la zona, para contrarrestar los deslizamientos que generan las lluvias.
Además, informó que el estudio de puntos críticos ha sido entregado a los alcaldes distritales para que tomen medidas de prevención ante posibles desastres.
