Ancash: Inauguran Juzgado Civil Transitorio de Huaraz
A este juzgado, por disposición del Consejo Ejecutivo del Poder Judicial, serán redistribuidos del Primer y Segundo Juzgados Civiles Permanentes de Huaraz 353 y 237 expedientes en etapa de trámite, de procesos civiles anteriores a la implementación de la oralidad civil.
El presidente de la Corte Superior de Justicia de Áncash, doctor Marcial Quinto Gomero, inauguró el Juzgado Civil Transitorio de la provincia de Huaraz, que se encargará del trámite de los procesos distintos a los de oralidad civil y tendrá turno cerrado.
El magistrado recalcó que para contar con este órgano jurisdiccional tuvo que emprender gestiones ante las máximas autoridades del Poder Judicial con el propósito de continuar fortaleciendo la labor de este poder del Estado en el distrito judicial de Áncash en beneficio de los/as usuarios/as.
